Conference Activities Participation form

The form below lists the activities available to attendees at CCA 2018. Please check off the boxes for those you plan to attend, so we have an idea of numbers. Please DO NOT check boxes if you will not be participating.

Please note the dinners planned for Wednesday & Thursday have added costs. If you indicate you will attend, you will be sent to our Paypal site for payment. Extra seats are available for guests. Our catering company requires numbers one week ahead of time. Very limited tickets will be available the day of the dinner event.

Thursday, May 31: CCA extends an invitation to Dinner at Temple on Queen, 6:00 pm.
Temple on Queen is located at 48 Queen Street, Bridgetown, Nova Scotia

The evening will be fun-filled!
• pre-dinner Pecha Kucha lightning talks
• three course meal prepared by DFM Catering and Temple on Queen
• live local music
• cash bar available

Dinner is $25 per person (taxes and gratuity included). Guest dinner tickets are available.
Dinner includes:
1. Caesar Salad (romaine, smoked bacon, fresh parmesan, croutons, house-made vinaigrette)
2. Brandy-dill Beef Stroganoff
3. Mini Lemon Cheesecake with raspberry coulis
