The form below lists the events, activities and workshops available to attendees at CCA 2019. Please check off the boxes for those you plan to attend, so we have an idea of numbers.  Please check with “NO” boxes if you will not be participating.

There are two events that have fees associated with them, the rest are part of your registration for the conference.  We are asking for people to sign up for the events and workshops to help us plan for the events

Wednesday May 22 Ice Breaker at The Thirsty Moose,
UNBC, 5:30 - 8:00 pm*

Everybody come and enjoy craft beer and pub food. We will be gathering at the Thirsty Moose Pub at UNBC to have a build your own burger and beer social. Each person will receive a ticket for a burger, appetizers and a beer. The Northern Undergraduate Student Society is providing us with reduced pricing for those who wish to have more than one beer. Thursday May 23 Wine Tasting and Social at Northern Lights Winery., 5:30 - 9:00 pm*
Thursday night Wine Tasting and Dinner on the Nechako River. If you click YES, please indicate whether you will be taking part in the wine tasting as well as the buffett*

Friday May 24 - Evening Social and PechaKucha
Hub Space downtown Prince George

The Hub Space has been rented for a night of food, drink and frivolity - including PechaKucha presentations. We are providing beer from the local breweries as well as food from Betula Burning. Check out their menu. There is no charge for this event.
