What is Zoom Events?
Zoom Events is a virtual event platform that we are using to host this years online event.
Do I need a account to attend the event?
Although some zoom functionality does not require you to have an account, the Zoom Events platform does require that everyone have a registered zoom account to participate. Zoom accounts are free to create, and should use the same email that your ticket is registered to (if your ticket is registered with a different email, then you should contact us ).
If you do not have a one then you can sign up for a free Zoom account at chttps://zoom.us/signup
Do I have to have a webcam for the event?
Only presenters will require a webcam.
Do I need to update my zoom client software?
Yes, please update your Zoom client before the conference. Zoom support for events and webinars has changed in recent versions of their software. The organizing team found it critical to follow that step, as it solved most technical issues.
I am a CCA Member, how do I register for the event?
Emails with instructions on how to register have been sent to all active CCA members, if you have not received the email, then contact us.
