Call for Abstracts

Academics, professionals, practitioners, and knowledge holders with a cartography-related focus are invited to submit abstracts or special session proposals. CCA2025 provides various ways to contribute, and we ask that you carefully consider the best form of contribution to the event.

All presenters, whether submitting for an oral presentation or poster, must submit an abstract with a limit of 1800 characters using this Call for Abstracts form.

Abstract requirements:

  • Title
  • Authors: name, affiliation, e-mail address
  • Maximum of five keywords
  • A concise description of purpose, methods used, and conclusions

Abstracts will be reviewed by the organizing committee for adherence to submission guidelines and relevance. We will accommodate as many oral and poster presentations as possible, however, please submit as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

The deadline for submissions is March 14, 2025. If you have any questions about your submission or the conference, please contact Thomas Herbreteau, CCA Chair of Geovisualization and Map Design.
