Special Interest Groups

Special Interest Groups (SIG) cater to those with interests in particular branches of cartography. Currently there are four SIG’s in the CCA:

1. Mapping Technologies & Spatial Data
2. History of Cartography
3. Education
4. Geovisualization and Map Design

The SIGs frequently serve as the focus for special sessions at the annual conference.
